What is the warranty period on your products?

Warranty is full 12 months.

There are products on your site, but I need a custom design and configuration of my own choice. Can you design a completely custom product including packaging and user manuals?

Not only earkits design and manufacture custom products like earbuds, earphones, power banks, Anti Noise Cancellation earphones, QI chargers, phone cases, charging cables and smart watches but we also design and manufacture customised packaging including user manuals for various markets in all written languages of the world.

What about incorporating a chipset of my choice?

Earkits can incorporate widely available SOCs (System on Chip) from Qualcomm, Realtek, Jieli, Pixart, Airoha, BES technic, Bluetrum and various others for earphones, bluetooth headsets, adults and kids' smart watches, wearables, hearables as well earbuds. Various special mould materials can also be incorporated for the final product of your choice.

How quick is your shipping on orders?


Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All standard shipments require 1–3 business days to process and 5–15 business days to arrive. All express shipping requires 1-3 business days to process and between 2-3 business days to arrive.

Do I get an order notification?

As soon as an order is placed and payment received, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered at the time of your purchase.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or double check you entered the correct email address. Can only businesses buy from earkits?

Although businesses do enquire earkits for design, manufacture and supply requirements, sole traders are free to enquire as well.

Why has my card been declined?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders being declined is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly.

Is the packaging recyclable?

The packaging is made of recycled material and can be recycled once you're finished with them. In fact, 95% of our packaging is recyclable - we choose not to coat or laminate our boxes as that impairs their recyclability. However if a client does want coating on a box for superficial reasons than we can use special materials as well.

Are the products made of recyclable material?

Earkits does manufacture products with their moulds made of recyclable or reusable materials and plastics. If there is a special requirements on materials to be used we can also accommodate that.

Do you also manufacture and sell childrens/kids earphones and smart watches?

Which of your products are cruelty-free?

All the products are cruelty-free and we do not use any animal products in the material and manufacturing process. None of the products are tested on animals either and no animals are harmed during the manufacturing process.

I forgot to add a product to my order. Can this be added?

If the order has already been placed and processed, earkits would suggest making a new order for the missed items.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Please contact at as soon as possible to make any changes to your order. Depending on the status of your, we not be able to make any amendments, but we will try our best.

How will the orders ship?

Most orders to USA and Europe are shipped via air freight with online tracking and delivery confirmation. Rest of the world orders can also be tracked online.

My product is faulty, what now?
